This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.harringtonroad.co.nz (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Harrington Road shares your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights. 

THIRD-PARTY CHANNELS, DIGITAL ADVERTISEMENTS & SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT.

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. We use third-party digital channels such as Facebook, Instagram and others to communicate with our customers. Our aim is to provide you with the most relevant, interesting and informative advertising and useful content across various social media channels. These platforms/channels control their own digital environments and have their own privacy settings, safeguards and methods for additional control over what is displayed on your screen through their networks. Search for the Privacy settings within the channel to control your experience on the respective channel. If any unwanted Harrington Road content reaches your screen on a Third Party Channel, simply follow their instructions to hide, unfollow, block or exclude Harrington Road content. For example, the top right corner of many Facebook posts contains a drop-down menu that allows the user a quick selection of content preferences and exclusions.

DO NOT TRACK

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser. 

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. 

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

ACCOUNT

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the " My Account&" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
